The Announcer is a fish who appears in the episode "Kenny the Cat."
Description
He is pistachio green and has peach-colored eyelids, lips, and fins. He also has black hair. He wears an off-white shirt, a purple bow tie, brown pants, a black belt, and a golden belt buckle.
History
The Announcer appears after SpongeBob awakens in the morning and leaps into the scene next to him in the aforementioned episode. After this occurs, the Announcer promptly announces the arrival of the character, Kenny the Cat. He does not make any noticeable appearances from there after.
