The DVD is based on the SpongeBob SquarePants book, "My Happy Book: SpongeBob's 10 Happiest Moments."

There are no previews on this DVD. It begins with the Nickelodeon fish logo, Paramount warning screens, and then the episodes start.
On the Box Art for the DVD, the Nickelodeon logo is red instead of orange.
The DVD was re-released on September 14, 2010. The only changed made was with the Nickelodeon logo.
