He is a dark tan fish with a light tan dorsal fin, with dark red spots on his head. He wears light red and light blue boxers. He also has an underbite. In his older appearances, the red stripes on his boxers had black outlines instead of their default dark red outlines.

Apollow is the only name Incidental 90 has been given in the franchise. However it was a nickname used for a blue Incidental 90 in Operation Krabby Patty.
