On April 21, 2023, in response to a fan implying the question of why the segment didn't premiere on Arbor Day,[4] Waller stated that it was shifted around with other episodes to make way for an extended "special" episode ("Dopey Dick") and a short ("Plankton and the Beanstalk.") However, he believed that when the episodes are released to the public, "folks will be happy we did."[5]

Nearly a week later on April 27, Waller stated that he and the crew approved the final mix of this segment and its companion show, "Ain't That the Tooth," stating that fans will not have to "wait very long."[6]
