The vendor inc is a possible incidental character who appears in the episodes "Valentine's Day" and "Big Top Flop" and the game SpongeBob's Game Frenzy.
Description
He is an olive green anchovy who wears a white shirt with a lavender bow tie under a dark red apron with a matching dark red cap.
Role in series
The vendor inc has in only two episodes so far as well as one video game appearance. He has been absent in the series for over 20 years ever since his debut in "Valentine’s Day," but he made his comeback in the season 13 episode "Big Top Flop."

He appears as the balloon vendor at the Valentine's Day Carnival until it gets destroyed by Template:Data:Links's rage, causing the vendor inc to run away.

When the player wins, he gives Patrick a huge balloon that almost looks like the hot air balloon that Sandy took to the carnival.
