The balloon stand fish is a minor character who first appears in the episode "Valentine's Day."
Description
He is an olive green anchovy who wears a white shirt with a lavender bow tie under a dark red apron with a matching dark red cap.
Role in series
The balloon stand fish has in only two episodes so far as well as one video game appearance. He was absent in the series for over 20 years after his debut in "Valentine’s Day," but he made his comeback in the season 13 episode "Big Top Flop."
Roles
"Valentine's Day"
He appears as the balloon vendor at the Valentine's Day Carnival until it gets destroyed by Template:Data:Links's rage, causing the balloon stand fish to run away.
"Big Top Flop"
He is the ticket taker at Ringmaster Mudkrab's circus. He also appears as a sideshow barker at the end of the episode announcing the fused Template:Data:Links and Ringmaster Mudkrab.
