The Balloon Vendor is character who only appears in the episode "Valentine's Day." A different vendor appears in "Life of Crime."
Description
He is a green anchovy who is vendor. He wears a hat, pants, and bow tie that are in the color red. He also wears a white shirt.
Occupation
He is a fish who works as vendor at the Valentine's Day Carnival. He has a cart of balloons that are colored purple, orange and pink. Mad Patrick once went up to the vendor's balloon cart and destroyed.
