The Balloon Vendor is an anchovy who only appears in the episode "Valentine's Day."
Description
He is an olive green anchovy with light yellow eyes and black pupils. He is a vendor. He wears a dark red hat, dark red apron, and light purple bow tie. He also wears a white shirt.
Occupation
He is a fish who works as a vendor at the Valentine's Day Carnival. He has a cart of balloons that are colored purple, orange and pink. An angry Template:Data:Links once went up to the vendor's balloon cart and destroyed.
