SpongeBob's lungs had been exhaled on the floor since he exhaled a lot on the balloons. He seeks help (like Patrick) for blowing balloons but it didn't help. Finally, he called Squidward, which he got very angry on SpongeBob for calling him, but SpongeBob thought he was helping him blowing balloons by putting the balloon on the phone and it blows by itself.
