Description
He is a light green fish. He wears light brown pants and a purplish-black ski mask to cover his face. He has light yellow eyes and black pupils.
History
He is only seen robbing a bank in the episode, while SpongeBob is trying to find some interesting events to put in the newspaper. Whether is he still at large or arrested remains unknown.
