Role in episode

The barker runs a game called "Bottle Hosers" at a carnival. A child uses a water hose to shoot down a bottle, and he rewards her with a teddy bear. Slappy, wanting to win a prize of his own, then starts spraying water into the barker's mouth. He explodes and his hat lands on Slappy. However, he shows up again and takes his hat back, then throws Slappy into the bottles.
