Synopsis
At the Kids' Choice Awards, SpongeBob asks Patrick why he is crying. Patrick explains that he wanted to give out the next award. SpongeBob consoles him and says that they are announcing it right now. He asks Patrick to guess which award they are giving out. Patrick guesses "the pinkest starfish in an animated series" and "prettiest shorts," but they are actually announcing Favorite Cartoon.
Trivia
- The animation for this short is reused from "Opposite Day." The dialogue was newly recorded and synced to SpongeBob and Patrick's mouth movements from the episode.
- This is the first Kids Choice Awards short, and three more came in the future.
