Barney is a citizen of Bikini Bottom. He is most known for working at Inferno Island as a prison guard; he assists the Warden with the inmates, as seen in The Inmates of Summer. He appears again in Giant Squidward, but he is Scottish and has on a Tan Suit. He said they should make Giant Squidward into bacon.
