Barney

Barney is a citizen of Bikini Bottom. He is most known for working at Inferno Island as a prison guard; he assists the Warden with the inmates, as seen in The Inmates of Summer. He appears again in Giant Squidward, but he is Canadian and is wearing a Mounty Outfit. He said they should skin Giant Squidward and make back bacon. He makes a final appearance in SpongeBob's Last Stand where he is a Baliff and he is having a Gable bashed on his head. He is light orange with a Tan suit and a hat. He also has one tooth sticking out. Barney has not showed up for a while.
