Barney is a citizen of Bikini Bottom. He is most known for working at Inferno Island as a prison guard. He assists the Warden with the inmates, as seen in The Inmates of Summer. He appears again in Giant Squidward, yet he is Canadian and is wearing a Mounty Outfit. He claimed they should skin Giant Squidward and make bacon.
