Barney is a citizen of Bikini Bottom. He is most known for working at Inferno Island as a prison guard. He assists the Warden with the inmates, as seen in the episode "The Inmates of Summer." He appears again in the episode "Giant Squidward," yet he is Canadian and is wearing a Mounty Outfit. He claimed they should skin Giant Squidward and make bacon. He makes a final appearance in the episode "SpongeBob's Last Stand," where he is a Baliff and he is having a Gable bashed on his head.
Appearance
He is light orange with a tan suit and a hat. He also has one tooth sticking out.
