It consists of numerous shops and stores such as hotels, one of which is entitled Sleep. There is a coffee shop called Last Chance Coffee, another store called Bass Vegas Electronic Supplies, a nail salon, a store called Acron Hats, a super casino called Dinky Fudd's Clam Casino and Mega Mackerel Hotel, another casino called Hotel Octoxor and a tea parlor. It is home to Granny.

The name of the city is a play on the words "Las Vegas," the city that it parodies, and "bass," a type of fish.
Dinky Fudd is parody Elmer Fudd from Looney Tunes.
