The scaly evildoer[1] is one of the tough fish who first appears in the episode "No Weenies Allowed."
Description
He is a big muscular orange fish who has a wide body build, scales around his face, short mouth fins, and round eyes which have beige sclera. He wears a dark green sailor hat, a white tank top, and a pair of dark mauve pants that cover his feet, held by a big black belt with a golden buckle, much like Template:Data:Links.
Role in series
"No Weenies Allowed"
He gets into a fight with the bubba fish and Reg lets both get in The Salty Spitoon.
"Shell of a Man"
He attends at the Bikini Bottom Convention Hall.
"Sharks vs. Pods"
He is seen as a horrified patron of the Howlin Marlin in The Sharks's retelling of what happened to Jonnie.
"Handemonium"
He watches the arm wrestling contest at the locker room in Larry's Gym. He is much smaller in this episode, and ironically, the bubba fish is behind him, who is now three times bigger than him.
