Bernie[1] is a fish who appears in the episodes "The Inmates of Summer" and "SpongeBob's Last Stand."
Description
In his first appearance, he is a brown fish who wears an olive green suit with yellow buttons and an olive green hat. In his other appearance, he wears the same clothing except he is yellow instead of brown.
Role in series
"The Inmates of Summer"
He is a prison guard who assists the warden with the inmates. He and Barney are also seen watching the inmates sing "Together," which amazes both of them.
