Bert is a fish who makes several cameo appearances throughout the series, starting with the episode "Porous Pockets."
Description
He is a light purple fish who wears sunglasses, a goatee that is the same color as his skin, a light green shirt, and light orange pants. He has a teal back fin and his hand fins have two darkened lines compared to the rest of the body.

He is friends with Harold Bill Reginald Scott, who usually lends money to him, as shown when they are buying ice cream. He is later seen in Template:Data:Links's mansion.
