Character
Bertie Fitzpatrick is a character who is being taught by Mrs. Puff in her flashback. She appears in the episode "Sea-Man Sponge Haters Club."
Description
She is a light orange fish with freckles who wears black glasses and has orange hair with a cyan bow. She wears a light green dress and has buck teeth with braces.
Role in episode
She appears in the flashback that Mrs. Puff shares at the We Hate SpongeBob Club meeting. In the flashback, Mrs. Puff gives Bertie her license, until Template:Data:Links creeps in and messes with the license.
