Bertie Fitzpatrick is a character who is being taught by Mrs. Puff in her flashback. She appears in the episodes "Sea-Man Sponge Haters Club" and "Wiener Takes All."
Description
She is a light orange fish with freckles who wears black glasses and has orange hair with a cyan bow. She wears a light green dress and has buck teeth with braces.
Role in series
"Sea-Man Sponge Haters Club"
She appears in the flashback that Mrs. Puff shares at the We Hate SpongeBob Club meeting. In the flashback, Mrs. Puff gives Bertie her license, until Template:Data:Links creeps in and messes with the license. When she pulls her license away from SpongeBob, she gets flung out of the boat, allowing SpongeBob to take control.
