Betsy is a member of Trenchbilly gang in the episode "Trenchbillies." Ma Angler called her for a "hootin' and hollerin' contest". She spits saliva while she sings. She wears a pink dress with flowers on it, and she has blue skin and orange hair with a pink bow in it.
