Big fish four eyes is a character who first appears in the episode "The Two Faces of Squidward."

Description

She is a large and muscular looking light green fish with four eyes, a dark green dorsal fin, and hot pink lips. She wears a light pink seashell bra and a purple speedo.

Role in series

Big fish four eyes has only appeared in two episodes so far. She is absent from the series for many years after her debut in "The Two Faces of Squidward," but makes a comeback in the season 13 episode "Say Awww!" where she has a very slight cameo appearance.
