"Bike Safety Tips" is a SpongeBob SquarePants educational short. In this short, SpongeBob teaches Patrick the basics of bicycle safety with tips as well

Synopsis
The short starts with SpongeBob sitting on a bicycle and teaching Patrick how to put on a helmet. Patrick takes Gary off of his head and proceeds to put a real helmet on incorrectly.
