He is a green fish with blue fins and a red and white sports suit, red shorts, and red and white shoes. He has a red headband, has a jersey on with the number 7, and has red pants. He is a frequent runner and is preparing to be in the Bikini Bottom Marathon.
History
He first appears in the episode when he is in his room in the Bikini Bottom Hospital, saying he broke his legs and asking if he can run in the marathon next week. Template:Data:Links fixes his legs by stuffing a fish skeleton into his body. However, he breaks his legs again when SpongeBob runs him over with Mrs. Puff's out of control iron lung.
