[[Zeus the Guitar Lord|Zeus]], in Tentacle-Vision claims he got his TV show for his birthday. At first, he wanted an electric guitar, but decided on the TV show instead. After Squidward hears this, he calls the station that he wants a TV show himself. Squidward Chat came on at 5:00 AM. The Bikini Bottom Public Access is really cool and the fans in [[Tentacle-Vision]].
The only known person working for the channel is an [[Public Access Man|unnamed producer]].

Bikini Bottom Public Access is a public access television channel. BBPA-TV was only seen in Tentacle-Vision. Squidward enjoys watching their TV show "Fab and Fancy". But, suddenly, the show was cancelled to make room for The Guitar Lord with host Zeus.
