Bikini Bottom Public Access, or BBPA-TV, is a public access television channel. BBPA-TV is mainly seen in the episode, "Tentacle-Vision."
Squidward enjoys watching the TV show "Fab and Fancy" but hates "The Guitar Lord". The shows were canceled to make room for Squidward Chat, hosted by Squidward, hence the name.
