The Bikini Bottom Symphony Orchestra is a group of fish who perform orchestral compostions, even though there are band instruments mixed in the group. They have been seen only in the episode, "Suction Cup Symphony."

Members of the band contain:

Billy Fishkins as a violinist
Peterson as the drummer
Richard A. Bottomfeeder as the tuba player
SpongeBob SquarePants as the doctor
Patrick Star as the patient
