The Bikini Bottom Volleyball Courts and Appraisal Center appears to be the local volleyball court of Bikini Bottom, and also the center for Appraisal. There are sandy volleyball courts on the outside, and a pinkish building where the Appraisal Worker is. It was most likely linked to an appraisal center for comedic purposes and to help with the plot of Porous Pockets.
