Description
Exterior
There are sandy volleyball courts on the outside, and a pinkish building where the Appraisal Worker is.
Interior
The inside of the this place is pretty small and has many items in it. The only known employee is the Appraisal Worker.
History
It was most likely linked to an appraisal center for comedic purposes and to help with the plot of Porous Pockets. It was there that SpongeBob traded his pearl for a small fortune that ruined his relationship with Patrick.
Trivia
- This is the first place that the Appraisal Worker works at. The second will be the Pawn Shop in the episode Hello Bikini Bottom!.
