The Warden of the Bikini Bottom Jail is a character only mentioned in "No Free Rides."
Description
It is implied that the warden is not the best boater or cannot drive.[3]
History
After Mrs. Puff crashed Boaty into a cop boat, she was sent to the Bikini Bottom Jail. SpongeBob tells her that the warden will let Mrs. Puff go if she gives the warden boating lessons.
Relationships

SpongeBob and the warden seem to have a pretty good relationship.
First, she entrusted her with the information about having Mrs. Puff give the warden boating lessons.[3]
Second, she hired SpongeBob twice. One time was as a prison driving teacher for a summer.[1] The other was as a prison officer on the weekends.[2] It should be noted that the latter job was in association with Mr. Krabs.
Eugene H. Krabs
Mr. Krabs and the warden most likely have a good relationship.
She allowed him to have SpongeBob be a prison warden to keep an eye on Plankton.
