Description
Exterior
The Agency looks like a sunken water buoy with a shell over the door that says the place's name. The bottom part of the Agency is a rusty red, and the top is gray. Above the building, suspended by metal poles, is a large, bronze bell.
Interior
The interior looks like a regular travel agency with a computer and desk.
Role in episode
