Character
Baby Billy [1] is Shubie's baby. He makes his first appearance in the episode "Goo Goo Gas." His name is revealed to be Billy in "Free Samples" when his mother, Shubie, tells him to look at Template:Data:Links while he is dancing in a monkey costume.
Description
Billy is a light yellow colored fish who wears a spiky purple headgear and a white diaper. He also likes to suck on a pale red pacifier.
Role in series
"Goo Goo Gas"
Billy is with his mother at the Barg'N-Mart, sitting in a shopping cart while his mother shops. He is later insulted by Template:Data:Links, and Shubie takes him away from Plankton.
