William "Billy" James Fishbowl is a main current citizen of Bikini Bottom with red lip and golden shirt with a red stripe. He was Shubie's son but he was adopted by Evelyn Water. He makes more cameo or brief appearances than roles in each episodes.
Pickles - he makes a first appearance role according debuts of 2 cameos with Lenny and Martha Smith.
Walking Small - his name was revealed when he picked up the tractor, Evelyn warned him that it has germs.
Employee of the Month - (cameo at the end) he was seen along with Lenny, Mevis,Nat,Frank, and Jimmy-Gus.
Neptune's Spatula - (2 cameos) He was at museum. He appears deep in crowd of audience.
Wormy - (cameo) Running shocked in downtown.
Patty Hype - (cameo) Deep in big line of other fish.
I'm Your Biggest Fanatic - (cameo) he was briefly a stepson of Nathiel.
The Smoking Peanut - he briefly is seen shocked and running away with his uncle Lloyd.

Squid on Strike - Having a female voice seen with Sandals.
