William "Billy" James Fishbowl is a main/current/original citizen of Bikini Bottom with red lip and a golden shirt with a red stripe on it. He was Shubie's son but he was adopted by Evelyn Water. He makes more cameo or brief appearances than roles in each episodes.
Pickles - he makes a first appearance role according debuts of 2 cameos with Lenny and Martha Smith.
Walking Small - his name was revealed when he picked up the tractor, Evelyn warned him that it has germs.
