Billy is a lime fish with a red lip and a yellow shirt with a red stripe. He appears first in the episode Ripped Pants. His name was revealed by Evelyn in Walking Small where he picked up a tractor. In Pickles he says "he burned my shake" along with Lenny & Martha. He is seen blue in Party Pooper Pants, along with Helbert. He potentially gets trapped in the Krusty Krab along with Vera and some of his relatives fromKrab Borg. He tries to escape along with Lenny and Dale while rome palace door shuts in Spongicus. He appears black from a in Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV. He was a son on Nathiel as revealed in I'm Your Biggest Fanatic and The Krusty Sponge. He's also seen in Fungus Among Us. He attends along with audience as revealed in The Fry Cook Games, Dunces and Dragons, SquidBob TentaclePants, Best Day Ever, Slimy Dancing, and Krusty Krushers. He has a deep female voice in Squid On Strike along with Sandals. He is a bus passenger as revealed in The Pink Purloiner along with Nazz and Abigail changing to Sally. In the episode Employee of the Month, he is along with other customers watching krabby patties fall. In Goo Goo Gas, he appears in the background in front of other customers before Plankton steals Ralph's salt.
