Billy Fishkins is a minor character that only appears in "The Chaperone" and in "Don't Look Now."
Description
Billy Fishkins is a very short fish even being shorter than his date. He is mainly brown in color and has fuzzy hair and wears glasses.
History
Billy Fishkins was first seen briefly as SpongeBob first enters the prom to join Pearl in the photo shoot. He was seen again along with one of Pearl's friends as her date. Billy's only line in the episode is "Meep".
He also appeared in "Don't Look Now" as the Snack vendor at the Reef Cinema.
Trivia
