Billy Fishkins is a minor character that only appears in "The Chaperone," "Don't Look Now," and "Whale of a Birthday." He also appears during the clip show in "The Sponge Who Could Fly."
Description
Billy Fishkins is a very short fish even being shorter than his date. He is mainly brown in color and has fuzzy hair and wears glasses.
History
The Chaperone
Billy Fishkins was first seen briefly as SpongeBob first enters the prom to join Pearl in the photo shoot. He was seen again along with one of Pearl's friends as her date. Billy's only line in the episode is "Meep."
The Sponge Who Could Fly
He appears in the clip of "The Chaperone" shown in the Remembering SpongeBob clip show.
Whale of a Birthday

He also appears as the Snack vendor at the Reef Cinema.
Trivia
- His name suggests that he could be related to Nick Fishkins, but since Billy is an anchovy and Nick is another type of fish, it is likely that they just have the same last name.
