Description

He is an olive brown anchovy with fuzzy brown hair who wears square-shaped glasses and a dark gray tuxedo over a white dress shirt with a red bow tie, and black shoes.

Names

Billy Fishkins is the only generic name Teen 1 has been given in the franchise. It was used for him in his debut "The Chaperone."
