Billy the Snail is a sea snail who only appears in the episode, "Gary in Love." His owner is Brad.
Description
Billy has a pink colored shell like Gary, but is lighter and glossy, and on his shell, there are no dots, just red lines like Gary's, but much thinner. He has green-blue skin, styled black hair, and blue eyes. He has a brown leash. He appears to be more sophisticated than most snails.
History
After Billy came back from going for a walk with Brad, he met Mary. Billy became her new boyfriend, which made Gary and Mary's Ex-boyfriend very sad.

- When he says "meow," instead of saying it like most snails, his meow sounds like a man's.
