The Blue Beachgoer  is a tuna that only appears in the episode "SpongeGuard on Duty."

Description

The Blue Beachgoer looks a lot like Charlie, but as a female, while Charlie is a male. With this, she wears a bright red bikini and is blue skin-toned, with darker blue and tints of yellow on her fins.
