Plot
While trying to run away from SpongeBob, Squidward gets a speeding ticket and gets sent to boating school, where SpongeBob is happy to have him as a new friend in class. There is a reference to the viral video "Chocolate Rain" in this episode, in which SpongeBob spills [[Squidward's drink, and exclaims "Coffee Rain!", and Squidward says that his drink was Hot Chocolate, then Spongebob says, "Chocolate Rain!". In the end, Squidward fails the boating exam and has to take it again next week together with SpongeBob.
