Description
He is a light green fish that wears a dark blue suit with a light orange turtle neck. He also has blue pants and black shoes. He has brown hair and bushy eyebrows.
History
He was seen in the episode, Sanctuary! where he explained to SpongeBob that the snails all came from a hole in his fence in his snail center and he is there to help them and SpongeBob and at the end of the episode, he takes the snails back to his shelter. Template:Section-expand
