Character
Bob is an anchorfish who works for the Bikini Bottom News. He first appears in the episode "The Krusty Sponge."
Description
He is a tall, light green fish with shiny black hair and a dark orange suit. He is called Phil Preflumster in "Pineapple Fever."

Bob alongside Barbara make their debut, where they work alongside Gene Scallop on the day the Krusty Krab had a critic's review.
