Boring Science is a magazine that Squidward reads in the episode The Paper. It is about boring science facts hence the name. Squidward said that it was "fun" (although he might of just said this to get his mind off of Mr. Paper). The issue that Squidward was reading talked about things such as erosion and mitosis.
