C.H. Greenblatt

Carl H. Greenblatt (the creator of Chowder) used to work for SpongeBob SquarePants, Matthew's World & Billy and Mandy fame. He provided the voice for Carl in the episode "Selling Out". He also appears several times in his own show, Chowder, usually in puppet form.
