Cavey
Cavey is a caveman from who appeared in the episode: Ugh. Patchy unfroze him from a block of ice. He looks like a regular caveman. He at first didn't like Potty's robot but now he does. He is portrayed Bill Fagerbakke, who is voiced Patrick Star.
