Charles is a blue and turquoise fish that wears red shorts and makes regular cameos at the Krusty Krab. He usually appears as a citizen or simply a Krusty Krab customer. He is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker. In the episode "Extreme Spots," he wears a bikini.
