Clem
Clem is one of Plankton's Cousins . He is the leader of Plankton's Cousins. When he shook Plankton 's hand you could tell it was dirty because it was on Plankton's hand. His name is reveled when he shook Plankton's hand.
He is the same as Plankton eccept he is a lighter shade of green and he has a hat. He is hillbilly like the rest of Plankton's Cousins. He only appeared in Plankton's Army .
